Hunger & Thirst Depletion Rates
The rate at which hunger and thirst depletes I feel is a little too high. I find myself more often than not just refilling my hunger and thirst what seems like every couple minutes. Shouldn't be that high of a depletion rate.

I have some food recipes, like stews, soups, glazed meat, and the berry drink, but they do give more eating/drinking values than just water and cooked meat. It doesn't seem like a LOT more, but I haven't given them a decent try yet. Still new to cooking.

Agreed!

Please Devs, add the option to set the hunger and thirst rate in the server settings

Even with the higher tiered food and drink the depletion rate still makes you need to replenish them often.
Yeah the food and hunger rate feels too high, hope they change that a bit.

Yes the hunger and thirst meter is one of those things in survival type games that I often end up with being annoyed at, especially when it depletes quickly.

But we're very EA on this one so I don't expect it to stay like that into 1.0.

tell me you're lazy without telling me you're lazy. Played a few hours and it's fine. If you don't like survival games then don't play.

You don't understand, the point is that nobody wants to overfill their inventory with food and drink just to avoid starvation every 5 minutes, the consumption is far too high!

I'm not lazy, my choice in games are survival based, and I've played enough to know that the rate is way too high. Thanks for your input though.

Tell us you're an idiot without telling us you're an idiot. Depletion rates are way to high. This is early access and constructive feedback is needed. Don't be a dunce and hinder the process.

as someone who has over 20k hours in ark survival and almost 10k hours in conan exiles, yeah the drain rates needs adjusting.

Oof. Hunger / Thirst is one of the dumbest mechanics to be added to the world of gaming. Don't get me wrong, they could be cool; however, no one has really implemented them in a way that they're actually fun. They just become a tedious task.

I've seen other games add a Full buff that keeps you full longer when topped off. I agree it's too Fast I feel like I'm constantly making drinks and food.

Ah yes let me take my *checks notes* 30 gallons of water and *checks notes again* full vegas style buffet's worth of food to eat/drink on my 1 and a half mile journey.
