Cannot play - everything is way too bright, possibly bloom?

My game is literally super super bright to the point that I cannot see anything. I've seen some issued about bloom? I've tried all video settings but it's not working. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a relatively low end laptop not built for gaming but it's not that the game is lagging, it simply is 1000x too bright on lowest settings that I can't see anything.

The word you're looking for is super super super bright. Not just super super. Or supersaturated if you want to be boring.

Yes my game is crazy bright as well.. I had to turn the brightness down a lot.. And its still really blinding. Are you also on AMD card op?
