How to pick up processing buildings once placed

Go into Build menu, choose something as if you were going to build it, look at the item you wish to remove, press middle mouse button.

Note that this destroys the building as opposed to picking it up - I think you get 100% of the resources back so the effect is the same but I could be wrong about that

I'm pretty sure I've been getting back 100% of my materials.
