Pro: Seems to have a good foundation with interesting mechanics, like the magic system

Cons: monsters feel a little unbalanced and are unforgiving. Not all skill trees are available, Melee is the only combat one. Yes, you can still use ranged and magic, but you can only level melee for extra benefits

The only bugs i've really noticed are small things like being stopped in the road randomly, almost as if i'm walking into a wall. That does get annoying when trying to run from monsters, though

Pros: It's Valheim but, mixed with Runescape lore and skills. Unique takes on how to use magic with runes make this a unique experience. The best part for me personally is the fact that there is a spell that lets you build from 3rd person view. Allowing you to create builds extremely fast if you have enough resources. Game is perfect for those people that like making awesome bases.

Cons: Well since it's early access on a build that doesn't even have the basic combat system skills finished you can tell already the game is lacking in content for long term grinding for progression. With only 4 people allowed in a world it seems lacking in multiplayer content you would expect from Runescape. I hope that changes in the future with dedicated servers and what not.

So its more a paid demo and less early access?

No because you own the game and get all the future updates. The game will also be more expensive later.

Pros: It's fun and comfy.
Cons: It's not well optimized (though the latest hotfix did a lot for me), there isn't much variety with the content, and Jagex doesn't have a great history of supporting things. They've shut down DarkScape, Chronicles, and Idle Adventures without ever taking them out of early access or beta, and made all three unplayable despite two of the three being offline friendly games.

honestly it's just a basic janky survival game right now and lacks content.

All fair points, but I should mention the game is playable offline even in its current state, so as long as it stays that way, we shouldn't see the same shameful fates as other RS projects of the past.

Idle Adventures was also playable offline, and they could have easily made it so Chronicles stored your cards client side and didnt need a login.
