Game still will not launch and there is no help....

here is my thead of everything that I have tried. no1 seems to have the answer and their is no support..... Why put on the stem game page that this is a place to report bugs if no1 is helping.....

after watching this video I have gave up and am blessed that I my pc avoided me from this.

Like I fee like I would of played for the whole time that I troubleshooted this, then would be waiting for an update, wishing that I could return it.
this just reminded me why I dont buy games on release.
It was odd I knew nothing about this game and quit rs years ago. idk how or why I saw it today but, and decided to buy it just because of rs and I like survival games, I didente even know that it was release day....
I heard after reading do much about trying to fix it that it will be free once its out of early access, so im just going to refund the game and wait a few months to see where it goes.
Ima just find another game to spend my money on......

I found i had to uninstall Epic games launcher because I had it installed before purchasing the game. Once i did so the game launched right away. I hope that Helps other people

good thing its not release then right? Early Access is not a released product, hence why when advertised it is adverted as "Now Available in Early-Access". Also; The people having the problems are the ones not reading the posts jagex has been making to help people. They have already answered this post within an hour of the game going early access.
