Is there a way to teleport or fast travel?

I got stuck in the ground and i cannot think of any way to get out. Happened after I died near a corner. Got trapped behind the grave stone and then when I recovered my inventory. Only thing I can think to do is die. Someone help :(

There's an unstuck button on the Esc menu

so there is fast travel with Teli pads but your gonna need to use the menu "im stuck" button if you clipped into the world
