Pressing ESC, while in solo mode, to go afk for a minute or two does not pause the game either, which is not helpful with those of us who have children and need to divert our attention over and over again; basically turning the game into an eating and drinking simulator and not getting very far with anything else.
On a serious note I agree, shovelling gratuitous amounts of food into your gullet is funny in the MMO but still serves the purpose of healing/buffing the player but given that's not present in Dragonwilds so I feel like we could do with the foods/drinks recovering more, especially since we for some reason need 2 raw chickens to make one cooked chicken.
Watched Asmon play it for a bit and there is so much fog in the air like as if there is a nearby forest fire burning constantly lol. And the lighting looks way way way too bright lol. Way too annoying to play for me. No buy. Bye.
food is almost the same thing buy it takes maybe 15 minutes, just grab berries and cook em with cabbage / potato and it makes cookies that do 30 hunger points.
if yall cant be bothered to do that idk why you are playing a SurvCraft
This is why gaming is stagnant and regressing. Devs are making the same game as everyone else but not innovating or trimming outdated systems.
In short options are good and that is my two cents
