Random stutters

The game runs just fine with stable 80+ FPS but stutters / freezes every 30 seconds or so. Anyone has the same problem or a fix?

For me, the problem is usually when a game tries streaming some process through a slow core on my CPU repeatedly (major bottleneck of a CPU for me). I usually just turn down the graphics to get it to chill out, if that doesn't work, I just wait it out for some patches, especially with Early Access games.
