Am I just unlucky as ♥♥♥♥ or do warbands only attack you when you've been killed and have none of your gear on you cause it's at your tombstone? Tried with friends and solo and seem to get the same results.

No bad luck.

Pro tip:
1. You don't have NONE of your gear on, when you died and have a tombstone. You have all your armor on.
2. Put one or two WEAPONS in your base, so you can always grab one if you have died.

This was a repeat experience for me, game kicked me while i was down over and over.. made me uninstall.
