Dire wolf NPC does not respawn
Yeah the title says enough I think.

I was collecting the hides because they're a recipe ingredient for a POH decoration. I looked up the spawn locations on the wiki and killed 11 spawns, but none of them have respawned in 45+ in game days.

Did you build anything around their spawn location? Any structures you build including torches would of interfered with their spawn.

No I just have two house locations, and have not added construction objects anywhere else on the map
