[BUG] Ilya can get stuck on a post with a cable lift in Spasov near the large crane

In Spasov, there is a bug with Ilya.
If you don't follow him closely through the scaffolding, and onto a post with a a cable lift, he does not come close to the control wheel.
When you finally arrive to the post sometime later, you see something like "press Q to control the lift", you press Q but nothing happens.
Ilya stays away from the control wheel and does not react.
Falling off the post does not help. Only restart of the level helps.

I can't talk to (what's his name) when I approach him at the platform.. When Ilya stands on the lift she says "Take me down", and then nothing. I can't interact with anything.

this is obviously a script issue. should have been fixed already. but looks like it is not.
there is nothing to do with directx or whatever
