If anything their experience with Foxhole(Which this reminded me of) is a huge boon considering they have the foundation in place for a game like this. So why the complaining?

You say that like if they did something completely horrible or something. Their response to feedbacks may not be perfect but foxhole is still a game a lot of people love last time I checked.

Because they're sketchy with their company name changing.
Because some of their devs have shown open support and admiration of modern day Blizzard.
Because they're infamous for poor moderation, mod abuse (letting mods cheat in-game).
Because they're known to actively ignore player-feedback and on numerous occasions even ban those who give such feedback.
Because their own Community Manager has openly mocked the player-base, especially long-time players, believing that their opinions don't matter because they (the devs) already have their money, and newer naive players will simply come along and drown out the veterans.

There are many reasons to not like these guys.

That's a fairly small and unconcerning list. It basically boils down to... bad manners?
