Hidden Area?
I found a vampire door in 'Abandoned Station - Shopping Tower" It led to a large blood filled chamber. Don't know if there are more of these or what their purpose are. Pics can be posted on request.

There are more of them.

Their purpose is to Refill HP,Rage points and bullets for the gun.

I found one on UNION STATION: SHOPPING PLAZA level, and one ont the Sewers: Access tunnels level...
