They also completely nuked their company website. Each domain simply links to a picture of their statement about closing the studio.

Looks like all the idiots that paid for this game helped to get them braces for their teeth.
Oh it's them. There was a video they had on their YouTube before they deleted/purged it, where they were talking.
But here is another photo of them: https://mmo-wiki.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/life-at-fntastic.jpg
Those are the faces of two individuals, who have been using the money they stole to pay for sexual pleasure from the ladyboys in Thailand.
How much you wanna bet those names are fictional too.
Scammers love having stolen and fake identities. Its kind of required when you become a scammer in the first place. Building a fake persona about yourself then hitting the road when shi hits the end
Without facial tracking from the cia or mi6, these clowns are long gone

You know how the can of worms only get's deeper? Ask yourself, If you were the CEO of Mytona and your the publisher of this scam...Why would you keep up the very evidence of fraud on your own page. Also the brothers are already back at it as they already renamed, Go look at the new publisher for prop night in the steam store....yep...Isn't that funny.
You may hate them but, they did a fantastic job of playing on people's expectations and keeping everyone in the dark. The manipulated so many people and took advantage of the oldest trick in the book....the bait and switch.
Even as red flags blared (videos, push dates, expectations, Copycatting videos etc) people defended it with almost a crazed frenzy not knowing even what they were getting. I wonder how many YT deleted videos of them hyping the ♥♥♥♥ out of a game they knew nothing about. It's ok, we are all human and make mistakes, and consider this is rather cheap lesson in life that you should always carry a voice of reason, especially when it comes to things you desire that people will take advantage of it. Will there be more? Yes, 100%. We already are saturated in it.
What's the best advice? Give it 24 hours after release. With youtubers and twitch streamers dying to be the 1st person to be on the next hype train they will gut themselves 1st. Watch the reviews on it either go positive or negatives. It's that easy.
Can you share what they renamed it to? Still shows up as FNTASTIC and Mytona FNTASTIC for prop hunt on my steam.
They didnt rename, just more stupidity being spread around by the low intelligence people on here. HypeTrain which owns The Wild Eight after buying it from Fntastic when their original team Eight Point fractured and became Fntastic back in 2017. When the sh|t hit the fan, idiots ran to HypeTrains product and started review bombing it which prompted them to change the name to the original name of the development team that made the game not what they "rebranded" as to get away from the bs. Now everyone lacking two brain cells to rub together for warmth is spreading the lie that they changed their name when they havent.
As you pointed out and as have I and many others pointed out, they still show up as Fntastic on steam, you cant change your publisher name on just one title you change it on your account and it reflects on all titles tied to the account which proves The Wild Eight is not tied to Fntastic.
Still at the end of the day, their calls of boycotting and not buying The Wild Eight wont harm Fntastic, as they sold the game off in 2017, so why even waste time trying to harm Fntastic by attacking a publisher that doesnt even have ties to Fntastic.
