These are the types of incidents where Congress and the FTC will get interested in changing laws and holding distributors like STEAM accountable. 2024 is not going to favor corporations.

Fntastic, the developer of The Day Before, changed its name to Eight Points before closing the studio. The change was made to the game's SteamDB page, which was updated hours before the studio's closure. The studio had been listed as Fntastic on Steam since 2017
