How to craft equipment?

Hi all!
I've got a lot of materials but I didn't find any formula to craft the equipment. Are we supposed to just do it by trial and error?

Yes just assign what materials you want to use. At the end there will be a randomized roll which decides what item you get. Sort of like if you would open a lootbox. I don't know how it exactly works though, but I guess the more materials you spend the higher the chance of a high quality item. There is no such thing as a crafting recipe or anything like that.
