I tried everything - rng killed 2 very good runs - disabling a major hub
13 states is my best try so far
If you get Paducah as one of your first four cities - Game over.
If you get Virginia, Missouri or Illinois as your first state to expand to - Game over.
Any kind of success depends on a couple lucky RNG rolls: Good/neutral events, well-timed VIP, getting Tennessee or Indiana as your first expansions.
This game mode, in its current state, is NOT FUN.
one time a had a very good run - 2k money to spare - rng hit me with the lawyer event - all 2k gone - about 1k for the lawyer and 1k for the fine
the run was over
I stop trying until it is balanced
sorry for my bad english
