The other attributes you are wondering about include being Resilient, Hardy, (null), Frail, and Very Frail.
They will presumably pass these traits on when breeding is finally released in an update.
They are also Very Curious to Extremely Uninterested. Very Extroverted to Very Introverted.
I did a spreadsheet with these personality traits and a few others, and the illnesses as well. I don't know if the creators will change the odds on these but at this point it seems that a fish is as likely to be completely healthy as it is to have any one of the diseases. It can have no personality traits named, which means they are middlin' curious, not introverted or extroverted, etc. I have never seen a fish have more than 4 named attributes total. I have not seen one that is, say, Introverted and Extroverted, or Hardy and Frail. Usually they are what I call "dull" which means they don't have any outstanding feature beyond species, color, and gender.
