DLC character colours not working?

I booted up the game recently, and for some reason, I am unable to select alternate colours for the DLC characters specifically. I can still select taunt and victory quotes, but no colours. Costumes also just show up as defaults. Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

Colours have to be unlocked before you can use them. You can unlock these by doing some fights, secrets quests and online's quest in ordrer to buy these colours in the shop, did you do it?

That only applies to the characters in the base roster, the DLC characters all have their colours unlocked by default. I even double checked the shop since it's been a while since I last played, and it does say "GOT" for every single one of their items. However, I can't even so much as select Colour B, which doesn't require purchasing.

Base roster characters work as intended.

It's strange, maybe try to uninstall it and download it again but just verify if it doesn't remove your data before (normally, it shouldn't)

I did, and verified the integrity of the files, and it said it was recovering 173 files that failed to verify but nothing changed... I've never had this happen before so I am at a complete loss.

Oh. Then i don't know what to do, is there maybe someone or anything on the Internet to help you out? Honestly, i didn't buy the dlc so, I can't help you, sorry and hope you will find something on the Internet !
