My game is running at low fps and i have a good pc

I put everything on low quality and turned off Vsync, And everytime i go to All-Star Battle mode or any other the game simply just run at 20fps (i think). So i would really like if someone could help me

I had a similar situation, the fights were very slow, I was able to solve this using the graphics settings in Windows, specifying the game there and selecting high performance.
