FPS problem SOLVED

This video tells you what to change and where in the game folder. The speed is fixed but the image quality fell a little in my case, and this computer is new. I see so many threads about problems with FPS and crashing, Also, Namco doesn't have the obligation to make the game multilingual, but since almost all Namco games have come in Portuguese in the past 10 years and they did take their time to make that licence nobody reads multilingual, they could have made the whole game multilingual too. (yes, I speak English fluently, but it's never the same as the first language) I just had to comment this, but what bothers me the most is how little they care that the PC version is having so much problems with FPS dropping and we players have to fix them ourselves.
