Problem with "YOU WILL NEVER GET TO THE TRUTH!" skill

Hi. I have a problem with the
GER's "YOU WILL NEVER GET TO THE TRUTH!" skill.
As much as I try to do it doesn't work, no matter if I'm being hit or not, it's impossible to do it. It's also not a problem of me being inept or my gamepad since I can perform other skills with that attack pattern, I've even tried it with the keyboard and it doesn't work either.
This only happens with GER and this skill in particular.

So I just got it, the problem is that you didn't need to have used 421+L,M or H, but 421+S, so Stand button.
