How to use HHA atack?

Its simple to use GHA atack, just press LB, but how to use HHA? There is no one input of this. In Command List it says "down-to-right + 2 ATK buttons". As I understood "ATK" means "attack", but when I press this combinatoins I usually do a special move.

There is no certanly imput of HHA? Tell me please what I need to press to use it, not a special move. Thank you!

Yes, you press the 2 attack buttons at the same time.

So, need to pres X + Y attack buttons, then HHA will work. Thanks!

Or you might not have the meter.
