Game runs like trash even on low settings even close to recommended specs, needs patch

I have a PC with a GTX 1050 GPU- not great but can run things like Tekken 7 and SFV totally fine. However, this game still runs at like 3/4 the intended speed even when I change the resolution to 720 and lower the texture quality.

MSAA has a huge impact in this game. If your performance is bad, change it to MSAA X2 and you'll be fine.

The minimum recommended gpu is a GTX 770, so I mean you're short of even that by like 35%. Not sure what you expect sorry.

When I started the game, after changing video settings, game started to lag af. I soon realised that when i did change the settings the game actually moved from using DEDICATED VIDEO CARD (NVIDIA) to using INTEGRATED INTEL VIDEO CARD.

What I did to fix this was to go in NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL, and there to MANAGE 3D SETTINGS -> PROGRAM SETTINGS. Here I selected the Jojo game on "SELECT A PROGRAM TO CUSTOMIZE", and on "SELECT THE PREFERED GRAPHICS PROCESSOR" I selected the NVIDIA VIDEO CARD.

After doing this, the game now runs in 60 fps without any problem. So if you have a laptop be sure to do this first, it most probabily is your problem

probably the problem of my friend waited like 4 days to play and he run the game like ♥♥♥♥ like 1 fps lol

From what I know sometimes that's how FPS caps work and it occasionally flip to 60, nothing to worry about imo.

yeah this was the problem, I had it pointed out to me not too long after I posted this (shortly after I refunded the game so I had to rebuy lol). But steam only even notified me this got any replies now, and now I'm just a little pissed seeing people clowning me and acting like my gpu wasn't enough to play this game in the first place.
