For that motion, back then do a quarter circle back, but you push the button before completing the quarter circle back. Keep practicing in practice mode and you will get used it. Good luck and have fun!

Can do what he said above for the shortcut 4,21(r1)4 or the more consistent way, but it will probably hurt your hand more, is 4,6,Half circle+R1 (wont hurt if using Analog, but its a bit clumsy and hard for analog to use precision)
