They want players to waste more time in crucible trying to get to the boss. Moveset of enemies there suggests this - their first attack is always some type charge to push you out. Even the final boss has arena were he can push you of the edge with his charge move.
Kinda lame and lazy tbh.
Hmm... I don't think its lazy at all.
Its definitely tough, and nail biting like that of the old NES Ninja Gaiden or Megaman 1 -6 titles.
The enemies that charge, such as Shield/Sword mob, you can see coming from a mile away and use roll towards or adjacent and backstab him.
2h sword mob that charges with sword doesn't really push, but you can roll towards and ALSO backstab him/her for their troubles on their whiff as well.
The mobs are extremely predictable and can only be hyper annoying if getting jumped and not paying attention.
