One thing I don't get is the negative equip load is broken. If I add weight loss enhancement it makes the gear item lighter but if said gear item has a negative equip it affects the entire scale of all worn items! That makes no sense. If a hat is rated 20 with a 50% negative it's item weight should climb to 30. But that's not what happens. I hope they rebalance this.
The equip load enchantments are for your entire equip load. Not just that item. Item weight adjustments are a separate enchant specifically called "item weight reduced".
As for the regeneration stats, I believe they are actually working, but it's so low that there are many better options. I do know that a couple of crucible runs I actually engaged combat from an unreachable ledge by throwing a bomb, and then just waited while health and focus filled up. Though they filled up very slow. Something like 50 focus over a couple minutes. And probably 20 to 30 health over the same amount of time.
Though I wasn't actually checking my stats, I just remembered being able to cast a 50 point spell every couple of minutes.
I expected some form of life reg, nothing astonishing but atleast something, but not 1hp every 2 seconds for 5 affixes.
XD utterly useless garbage stat
edit: You need lifesteal in your weapon and a plagued ring, if you want more sustain. Regainable health does work on blue items, but the solace ring does not work sadly. Have not tried to socket regainable health yet.
