Barely any elemental gem drops

I've put in about 38 hours since the Breach drop, and I have literally seen less then a handful of elemental gem drops in that time. Super rare. Was this a change with the update I missed?

I think they changed the droprate from 0.3% to 0.2% for gems, but this is very common feedback, too few gems now. Sure it will be adjusted. Maybe we even get like a gem-shop NPC we can trade gems with

get realms sorted, get grinnich to lvl 2 and gems drop like from a tree. Also go for big chests in lvl 25+ and new realms new bosses

Got the whole town maxed out like 3 levels ago. Been running around the new areas. I've got a page worth of gems for armors, but weapons are really lacking. Elemental gems i think i got 1 fire, two cold and 1 pestilence.... over 38 hours of gameplay. How many elemental gems do you currently have?

You get lots of gems with digging. Chests are good as well. Highest density for digsites and chests is the first area (Mariners, Shallows, Orban Glades). gl

heat plague electric frost physical each around 8-10. Then again I have lot of hours xD and 10 realms and counting with grinniches! Since May 1st been farming!

Well looks like they need to get coop going so I can buy some gems off you. ;) I was swimming in gems before the breach wipe.

can you have dual element weapon ? like if i have cold damage staff and then i give it like gem for lightning dmg will it do both ?

It says only one infusion is active at a time.

I always figured one would cancel the other out, so never tried.

No you cant have atm for weapons. Only dual elements I noticed from crucible. But its from echoes that are Automatic AOE on intervals that have the ability to do elemental damage
