I am EST, its 10:45 AM Finley has yet to spawn. I checked at 9:30am, and checked every 30 or so minutes since, what the hell is this timer??? Does he spawn at 8am?? the message on the board says 8PM to midnight is that IN GAME TIME or REAL TIME? Why is this NPC such a gd mystery???

Nah, i got one time he sold a lot of purples, then 3 times in a row selling crap, i gave up on him hehehe, snake oil salesman, hes full of sh-it.

LOL I found him and still can't get into the shop. God I love this game. This design is absolute genius. I hope more things are added like this. Even if voice acting was amazing.

OMG online im reading 8am to 12pm, only saturday, now every day. They really couldnt make it less clear, thanks for the info.

yes his up now and selling like 2-3 epics and a ton of blues plus other random reagents.
