Bounty and Challenge Tracker

For some reason a bounty and challenge tracker is showing up on the right hand side of my screen for some of my characters and I have no idea how to turn it off or why it is even appearing for them. It is like 7 quests taking up half the screen. Anyone else have this issue? I would love to get rid of it but don't see an option.

r2 + something I forget... I pressed a button once, and got it to show and stay.

Could never replicate it 100%... done it a few times.

Seems to be button combos. Might be that, I know next update will move emote keys and make r2 + 4 buttons stuff.

Yeah it happens to me a lot in the bounty menu. I get rewards double stacking.

The games menu system is bugged with input issues.

The emote system does not always trigger or a quick taps miss inside combat. When I went to my home my down d pad was unequipped after I left my stashes inventory menu. I tried to equip another consumable but it would not select the item when hitting "A" button multiple times. I had to leave the house to reset. Sometimes I hit focus ability and nothing happens. My character is stuck slow walking as if I still under a healing animation or enemy lock. My mace attacks twice when even when I know I had hit doge. Its all random for me when using a controller. I really hope they get it right for hotfix 4 because waiting for patch 1 is too late in my book. As is I also don't like how jank holding right bumber in combo.
