either use ice skills and shatter with basic attacks, or use infusion and second weapon for shatter, or just go ham cold without caring about shater
cold trivializes alot of things
also bow with knockdown shot (or whatever the name is) can be used even if you dont meet the stats, and the knockdown is OP
