Where can i cut "Birken" (in german). Tier 3 Trees missing somehow.

There are no reusable Tier 3 wood gathering points on the regular maps currently available.
There is a collection point on one of the crucible maps, but only one.

Try the graveyard in town. There should be two.

Currently there are 2 birch wood trees on the map, both of them are in city ( sacrament).

One of them is in the eastern part of graveyard ( graveyard itself is on the north/west of the city) close to the wall that separates it from the city.
2nd one is to the south/east of 1st one when you drop down from graveyard to the city.
Those 2 trees do NOT respawn as they are inside the city. If you want to farm it select your character in main menu, create new realm ( your character will retain level, items etc) and speedrun 1st act to sacrament and cut them down, then repeat.

Other way to farm those is to have a couple of realms where you have upgraded Grinich Market to lvl 3. He may sell Birch wood and Birch Planks in his shop. If you don't want to create additional realms you can change the date and time of your PC. That will automatically reset your daily quests and Grinnich Market too.

Birch wood may drop from chests expecially those in crucible.

Also there are 2 nodes of silver outside Sacrament, one is at the top of the mushroom cave ( before jumping down the waterfall go south on that platform), the second is in the quarry, near the Last whisper andd the elevator. You have to spin the platform that is north/east of the Last whisper, and then go around that part of the map to climp up on the vines you can see from there. Then you jump on the platform, climb up there is the node with chest near it. Resetting PC time also resets Silver nodes.

Note: Birch tree and Silver nodes are a Tier 3 resources which will be commonly available in Tier 3 map that will appear in future patch. Currently there is only Tier 2 zone and Tier 2 resources.

My advice is to not stress yourself gathering materials like that for now, a lot of things will change before release and there may even be wipes, so forget hoarding now or even upgrading if the upgrade requires a stupid amount of silver or birch as an example, its just not worth the hassle.
