i dont have problem with food, maybe i dont die or manage with what i have, dunno
i mean i can make like 40-60 food and keep it and use it my unlimited source of healing items its more ez then flusks but you want to make it harder ?
But they have many different thing that set it apart from it, and this is another thing. When you see all the work already done with harvest types, a flask will undermine all that, it's not needed.
You can want what you want ofc.
I'm on team Estus Flask. I think undermining the food system is the goal.
There is something to be said for tightly controlling and balancing the amount of healing players get between rest points. It's just the gold standard at this point. Wicked's food system brings back DeS/Bloodborne PTSD of farming for bloodvials for hours anytime you hit a road-bump.
but of course it is the way it is, and an Estus Flask system wouldn't work with Wicked's mechanics anyway. It probably won't change side from minor balance.
