focus regen needs work

After the recent Topaz focus gain on focus use change, focus is no longer worth building around with a Staff. Gaining "4 focus on focus use" is pointless if the focus spell costs 150 to cast. The focus regeneration stat on items does not work currently. Drinking potions after every cast is tedious gameplay. If players are unable to sustain/regen focus we will all be pigeon-holed into playing with a 2-handed Corpse Smear Blade.

I play mage and fight with my staff to gain focus and use spells Inbetween. Feels kinda nice to be a battletag like this.
