Cant buy copper ingot from blacksmith?

i'm very early stage of the game, i need that to upgrade my sword.

You need to upgrade the blacksmith, he will start selling new armor and copper, same works for next tier of resources.

Hmm, I thought the Blacksmith sold copper ingots by default, iron for first upgrade, and silver for 2nd upgrade, but maybe I'm wrong

copper ingot greyed out, cant pourcahse

if its greyed out, it usually means you dont have space in your inventory so you cannot pick up/buy an item that goes into that item category

Came here to say this as just figured it out, didnt update the blacksmith but my resource inventory was full, dumped some stuff in my community chest and bingo, ingots and therefore weapon upgrades woooo

Well it would be logical, since he's a blacksmith, not a miner
