How to place a Sawmill (and where ?)

Bought the Sawmill and expected to put in town (or just outside for that matter), or even in the Cerim Crucible (personalized area ?)

Just walking half-speed looking half-drunk, trying to place the Sawmill for an hour lol, can someone help ? :)

You can interact with the "builder" NPC wayy before you get a house

That was in my case the particular problem (I'm just surprised people didn't post about it)

Technically the tutorials in this game is non existing for new players. And this game doesn't explain ♥♥♥♥.

I knew instantly that if i could buy machinery like that, the game had housing. I dont know mate, i guess our brains are diffrent, but to me it made full sense to think "oh ok, so theres houses".

yep. on my first start i have the same problem ;p where i can put my chest and so on. But now my house is full of this :)
But there is many problems ( its EA), the runes work by inserting them into the weapon and checking. No info about how its work ;p.
