Iona's Cavern Performance issue

Hi all, been loving this game, incredible visuals and it feels very smooth to play.
I am having an issue with the Iona Cavern quest with the potion seller, the shader on the invisible paths is very busted for me and will cause severe performance drops, and the path won't appear properly, making this quest pretty much impossible to complete. I know there are many performance improvements coming down the pipe, just thought I'd highlight this issue. I would love even an option to swap out this shader for a regular floor material for accessibility.
