You can't change keybinds, for real ?

I mean seriously, every player has their way to play with their own keybinds and this game has 0 options to change keybinds ???

In 2024 ??

I mean seriously, im sorry for this rant, but we are in 2024, where gaming has advanced far enough to know keybinds is super important to customize for all kinds of people, going from the way you play, to people with disabilitys.

Im someone that rarely goes to a forum or stuff like that to make a rant, but this really triggers me off.

I have to play with the shield on Control, the parry on middle mouse, changing targets with "T" and the special attacks on the right mouse button, when i need those options all changed up because i already have mecanic memory with other keybinds from experience from lots of other games, and now im forced to play with this set of options you have put me in here.

A game released in 2024, being on EA or not, for 40 euros ( w/e the price it is anyway) does not justify in not having keybinds customization, and the game already released a few days, it should be a day 1 patch if this happened, 2 patchs have been made already, none of them had the keybind customization on it as far i know.

First time with an Early Access game eh.. It shows.. Not having adjustable keybinds in an EA game is nothing new, at all. Relax, its on their list.

You still haven't clarified if you did or not.

Key Rebinding: There are currently no in-game rebindable controls.

So I see two possibilities, neither are good.

1) You posted a rant about an issue without first checking the Known Issues list.
2) You posted a rant about an issue knowing the developers were already working on correcting it, but you decided to still make a stink anyway.

If not being able to rebind keys is an issue. Wait on playing the game for however many weeks it takes for that update to come. But I'm assuming it's high on the list, so could be here next week for all we know.

I'm sure everyone who is using the keyboard to play wants to be able to rebind keys. I know I do.

But they've said they're working on it so at this point we can only wait. I don't think creating threads spewing venom at them over it is particularly helpful.

You still haven't clarified which it was. Regardless of how many days it's been out it's still scenario #1 or scenario #2.

But honestly it doesn't matter. Either one makes this thread silly.

They have fixed stuff in gameplay wise already with 2 patchs, which means, they have put priority above in those matters than in certain others which is WAY more urgent.

gameplay fixs they did is annoying and bothersome stuff, yet you can still play.
Keybind customization stops some people from playing

See the difference ? one allows you to still play, the other does not.

Why is that ? because there is people with disability ( not in my case) but i do know someone that does have and needs those changes to be able to play.

The changes they DID already wouldn't stop you from playing the game, just annoy you as hell (durability fix as an exemple)

The customization keybinds can STOP people from playing, while myself can adapt while i wait, the person who i know, can't, and that my friends, is what tilts me as fk, because we are on 2024, this should be something from the start to be worked on right away on pair when you create the game.

If you can't understand something so simple as this and attack me like "entitled much" and stupidness like that, you should review ur way of thinking in urself, because perhaps there is others that needs those changes badly instead of being a moron and defend something that is not defendable.
