In a fantasy video game...nope. Game mechanics and how combat feels is what matters and it feels good to me. I generate so much focus that I can shoot a lot of arrows. What lvl are you? I am lvl 17 with a lot of focus generation upgrades.
Which bow/rune attack are you using? I am the same, focus on hit dagger is op i can get a full bar with two attacks.
It can be used by drinking focus potions or making focus regen build.
There are bows that are not only dex but int\faith mixed.
All common dex weapons can be used with dex bow such as huntsman dagger, spear, falschion, moonblade ...l u name it lol
My biggest damage Rune was from a semi upgraded longbow with Cone Attack that required 22 Dex. I think Multi-shot could also do very well on a better bow than the early shortbow we get access too. I'm currently using Evasive Shot with a Laquered Bow (along with Ice and Fire attacks) and, this being a platformer, is really only safe to use in specific situations:P I am saving up Runes I strip from bows I can't or don't plan to use for a better base that I can upgrade.
Focus post drop from each second chest and you always can craft them or buy
So?
The most common "dexterity weapon" are daggers they single stat weapons that you can or find buy in the start of the game when you get to mariner's keep
