this isn’t a finished game so you shouldn’t be confused when something seems off or unintuitive.
there are plenty of finished games with their lore and environments wholly fleshed out…. this isn’t that.
everyone is learning as we go along and things will change every other update.
L take the whole point of early access is to point out when something is confusing to you so that the devs can make changes based on feedback. We are paying to playtest the game for them, so pointing out stuff like this is the correct thing to do.
What a reddit-tier response. The guy asked "literally what is the point of the Cerim Whispers?" And your reply was "guys it does literally nothing but it's earrrrrrly accessssss so it's fine."
Like just say "it's broken", not some 500 word essay about life, learning, and the pursuit of mechanics in games that actually do something. Jesus.
You resurrected a several month dead thread to post something inaccurate, and then bash another user? Cerim whispers are used as fast travel waypoints. Nothing is broken about it.
What a Steam Discussion-Tier response.
Thanks for telling their purpose. Idk why someone couldn't of just that's what they did in the first place. And no need to bash Ramadan, he probably didn't know what they did either. I'm grateful for him for posting so I can finally get the answer.
Uh, you're grateful for Ramadan, the person who said they were broken and provided totally false incorrect information?
Didn't "bash" him either.
You do you bud, god bless and good luck in life. I feel dirty for helping you. I need to go shower. Won't make that mistake again!
There's literally an in-game explanation and tutorial about these btw. The game literally tells you what they do btw. It is literally something that is FORCED upon the player, totally impossible to skip BTW.
There are things the dev's can fix, and things the dev's can't fix. Personal self inflicted issues is one of the issues dev's can't fix.
There are things the dev's should and shouldn't be spending time on. When the dev's already have a tutorial that is forced upon the user explaining what these do, it is not the dev's burden(early access or not) to hold specific user's hand and do baby steps with specific users through out the entire process.
It is not the dev's responsibility, job, or duty to instill basic reading comprehension. This was something the public school system or parents should be teaching and providing assistance with - no one else, especially not the devs.
Honestly you should probably just stop playing, because I don't really want to read a thread about "ECHO KNIGHT I CANT BEAT HIM DEVS YOUR GAME IS BROKEN NO ONE EXPLAINED THE FIGHT TO ME NO ONE IS PLAYING MY CONTROLLER FOR ME". whenever you reach that point. Not only do I not want to read it, it won't help the developers out either. Actually it won't be helping anyone out.
But yeah, let's thank Ramadan. God bless that guy for resurrecting a dead thread, providing totally inaccurate and useless information with an attitude over it! We needed that, the community needs it, and the developers MOST CERTAINLY need totally inaccurate feedback about non-existent problems.
Have a great day, god bless and bless you.
