"Ain't no rest for the wicked"
Was remembering immediately from your title the song from "Cage the elephant". But it's not the point here, what is the point is to answer to something you asked: feedback on your most ambitious game to date.

So I will be direct and I will start by saying, please, do consider replacing the evade mechanic which is totally outdated nowadays with a new one! Rolling evade is even more laughable when the character is in full plate armor... OK, I get it, it's just a game. But well, it's a 2024 game that should come forth with all the new mechanics I'm still eager to see in our dying supposed-to-be-creative game industry waiting to be rekindled by a studio coming in with a wind of inspiration. If your engine is up to date, you should have all the comfortable tools to make a proper evade move with proper blending animations even transitioning into a special attack enemies can do.

I will follow this game for what you will implement into it as real new mechanics. Something never seen before and yes I do like challenges! I was forced to play the last Ubisoft game, Avatar, and... no, never ever again a Ubisoft game which is not promoting any kind of challenging difficulty to support their educative role! "Git gud" is kinda part of it. You fail, you lose your "precious", you learn, you retry.

From visual point of view it's a nice one, but I must be honest and say it's close to sadly underrated "Ghost of a Tale" and "The Last Night"... drama. So yes, it's always good to see an engine used with excellence - even more, if you could for once in devs world master the wise usage of raytracing...

At last but not least, the promised co-op campaign. Hum, for real? Don't get it wrong, many games did same steady promises by EA and never released one (the last one in my mind is "Achilles: Legends Untold")... So if you do so, I will maybe even more consider supporting you with my small family (up to 4 players, perfect)... but once more, co-op mechanics has to be innovative and need to follow the interactivity of player choices on classes and offer true co-op action moves.
