How do I get another Woodcutter's Axe?

I want to say the blacksmith you save sells the pick axe, shovel and woodcutters axe. He did for me at least. I broke my wood axe and pick axe and was able to buy new ones for like 30 copper or whatever the lower denomination is, each.

There's an npc in the town of Sacrament that sells woodworking tools, you may not have reached it yet but won't be too far off if you're still in the opening hours of gameplay.

Ah okay, so Whittaker is the one that sells the Woodcutter's Axe, not the Blacksmith (he's further north of the Blacksmith with the Enchanter).
