I also, have the same problem. The game fully loaded once, but it has been a black screen after the moon splash screen every other time.

I had the same problem and I solved it this way.
1) Update your graphics card drivers
2) verify the integrity of the game files

Same happens to me. Drivers updated and files have been verified the integrity.

i7 and ROG 4090

I found a fix on my own, guys, at least for me and another buddy.

Tap SPACEBAR (one time only!) and wait 2-3 seconds. Solves 100% the Blackscreen, that I got also 100% of times starting the game.

Give it a try.

my friend had the same issue then i found another post and the guy said to turn off Vsync in Nvidia control panel, it worked for him

Double check for driver update. I had the same issue and turned off Vsync (or turn on if it was already off, for some users it worked) in control panel and restarted. If still crashing you can also try reinstalling Visual C++ dependencies.

i do the same, it works. just press space after the moon logo disappeared
