So everything respawns back then?! thats cool. I had chests back up to be looted and i was like ohh nice i can loot chests again.
Yes, i mean you can explore other areas if you want i think there's 4 in total which you will slowly open up as you progress. If you do go to the same areas, you will see ( sometimes ) different mobs that took over, chests in different areas or even some removed and also i saw some different obstacles placed in areas that they weren't there before. I really don't mind it as it gives some replayability and besides you need materials for upgrades so prepare yourself for some grinding. As far as quests they are very cool for me, but of course not everyone is the same.
After you kill the first boss outside the city gate and you get inside Sacrament, certain questlines given by NPCs in the city will take you back to Mariner's Keep. In certain places the enemies CHANGE and have new abilities, attacks, etc.
The loot enemies drop changes and improves.
All of the loot locations stay the same, chests are always in the same spots but the loot in them changes and improves.
So it makes a previous area very replayable. You can go on resource and loot runs while working your way towards a quest objective.
