How does one place furniture?
The lodgings in the rookery so far dont have any places I can put this chest I have. What do?

The rockery doesnt allow decoration placement but there are several houses in the city that you can buy and decorate.

You need to advance main story until completing the sewer quest to gain citizenship to be able to buy a house and place furniture

Its unfortunate they dont outline the difference between spending resources on projects and money on furniture as you would naturally assume it's an either/or situation, then spend $$$$ you cant use.
