Thanks for the reply just wanted to make sure my HDR wasnt acting wonky.
Auto-HDR only enables if the game doesn't support HDR from my understanding. That being said, HDR is broken in exclusive fullscreen for me too.
NVIDIA I assume?
Solution that worked for me is to:
Open NVIDIA Control Panel, go to "Change resolution", scroll down until you see section 3
There set "Use NVIDIA color settings"
Desktop color depth: Highest (32-bit)
Output color format: RGB
Output color depth: 8bpc
Output dynamic range: Full
I'm not sure this will work but worth a try at least.
Unfortunately the issue still remains. I always run in the config you pointed out and the washed out screen is still there.
Not sure what the difference is between "full screen windowed" and "exclusive full screen" is anyway.
