This.
And its freakin horrible. Moon Studios, why are you so out-of-touch?
V-Rising did the same crap for male player models and it sucked there too.
The female body type they used makes no sense, thematically, physically or in any other way. Have you ever seen a woman with this body type run? Partake in strenuous physical activity of any kind? If our characters are supposed to be special warriors of some kind, how in the world did the female pc manage to get such an obese lower body.
Again, the male pc fits the art style. The female pc body type is clearly looking for head-pats from people who would never play this game or any like it.
I'm not some coomer looking to rub one out. This is just unpleasant to look at and unrealistic for the setting in every way. I don't understand the messaging here. The male pc takes his role seriously and has the (in universe) body of a warrior. The female pc apparently never took their job seriously, is nowhere near being in good shape and apparently just lounged around feasting while the male pc trained.
Good job moon studios. You've suggested that women are frivolous gluttons unable to achieve a warriors physique.
The female protag has the lower body of a sprinter. Just like Chun Li from Street Fightet. You've never participated in sport, and it shows.
A sprinter is someone who sprints every day, as sprinting is their purpose in life. Unless the female pc is running away from every battle all day every day your comparison makes no sense.
You can't seriously be using Chun Li from street fighter as your example of a realistically proportioned female athlete. That comment alone makes your entire statement ridiculous. Besides that, the female protagonist here does not look like Chun Li. Not even remotely close.
The whole point is that this character model does not look athletic. At all. I get it that the Cerim are supposed to be somehow altered or otherwise inhuman. Whatever they did to the female participant in that experiment failed. Rather than producing a warrior they produced a grotesque caricature of a person.
Whyever you felt the need to comment on this year old discussion is beyond me anyways. Have a good day.
