x% Health Gained on Damage Dealt useless now?
I know both Health and Focus Gained on Damage Dealt by x% were nerfed by the latest patch, and while I think Focus Gained still works pretty well, I think Health on the other hand became a useless stat since it barely helps now, I would like to know more perspectives regarding this though.

I'm playing a build with daggers that had 7% Focus Gain and 3% Health Gain, Focus went down to 4% and Health to 1%, same thing happened with my daggers that had only 6% Focus/2% Health.

Through gear I also have around 85% Healing Effects increased, which I suppose should help those 1% on the daggers, as it did previously before the nerf.

Running crucible I don't see the point of Health Gain anymore, so I wonder if these changes are here to stay, are people really happy with the current situation regarding this stat?

On the other hand, Thistle Ring is completely broken, since, according to the description, it should damage the enemies but damage you as well. Well, not only does it not damage the enemies (I think) or you, it also gets you a ton of health back on hit, more so than the 3% Health Gained on Damage Dealt did previously.

x% Health Gained on Damage Dealt works fine for me. It works best with high speed / high attack weapons such as double daggers.

they nerf it, but it's not that bad

Many of the perks are currenlty borken. Probably a hotfix coming soon.

I made a post about this the other day, also think they nerfed healing across the board or this one change affected the other healing aspects unexpectedly because my 2h axe also went from 3% to 1% which now barely allows me to attempt to heal myself by attacking between food cool downs. I also have a fair bit of healing effects increased %, which also doesnt seem to do much aside from food after the latest patch. Before those appeared to apply to ALL types of healing. Even heal on block doesn't seem to work, unless its a slow HoT effect?

Not a fan of the change, the CEO / Creative Director on twitter has previously stated on several occasions they want to empower us to make all kinds of builds; even "busted" ones. So why the nerf? Should let us gear our builds to our play style and currently I cannot create one that revolves around taking risks of attacking to keep myself alive.

2H IT SUCKS now health% needs to be changed to 20% of damage dealt to health

a flat hp % is not good for 2h

but where can i find that enchantment ? on the gloves or helmet ?
