HELP ME I'm STUCK!
Hi Community! So I just reached level 21 and was able to use my cerim outfit! It was great! I rushed the dungeons but now I'm stuck at the echo night. His single strike kills me. And there aren't any other missions left. Only the Plague Ichor one remains. But it really seems irrelevant to the story line. Also, I can't find any bears to hunt for the bear paws. I did see an area where the player climbs a windmill in the trailer. Can someone guide me how to reach that area and find bears? Maybe if I go to that area, I can do some more missions and come back to this later?

Bear is not add to the game yet, if you need bear's paw you you can buy at general goods shop (randomly appear in shop) or in chest (I don't sure mobs also drop or not).
If you stuck with echo knight try search on youtube there are many build to cheese it, btw you need to grind a bit for fully upgraded gears and reach level 30 will make thing easier.

Even at level 30 he can still oneshot you, if he hits you with his extremly large hitbox while charging on the horse, i absolutely despise that move, its so janky to get out of.

If he hits you, you are dead, doesnt matter how much armor you have. Im a tank as a main, 900+armor on full plate, all upgraded, i kill him easiliy BUT....it all ends if he pulls that move and i fail to roll out.

At level 21 he is almost impossible unless you are seriously good, so upgrade everything, get level 30 and find a weapon and a rune skil that poisebreaks him often. Im using the flamethrow on a 1h hammer and he gets stunned every 2 throws, its seriously OP.

Bearpaws drop in chests and sometimes in vendor, the general store guy, other than that its just pure rng luck.

Good advice but we have different experiences with the Echo Knight. I also have 900+ armor on my dex char and she can take a full charge but definitely needs a good heal after that.

I like dual daggers with ice on my dex char to CC the knight repeatedly. My mage though is just cloth so she has to be more wary but fast quick movement, blink and super dps is her bag. I still sometimes make one too many mistakes and get canned but more often than not, after I have learned the Echo Knight's moves, fully upgraded and maxed out the two characters, they kick butt. I had a lot of deaths before I got good. Good stuff.

1. The Cerim armor is garbage.
2. Armor only helps you so much against Echo Knight, since the majority of the damage you take is from Plague, which goes straight through it. Good armour is nice to blast through the trash until you get to Echo Knight, but it doesn't do a helluva lot against him due to, again, most of the damage being Plague.

I have no idea how much it helps stacking up on Plague resistance, as I haven't bothered trying it.

Oh u probably put more points into HP than i did, i think i only put like 2-3 in it, he oneshots me even with buffs, i get stuck in his charge and the HP jus ticks out while im beeing taken for a ride.

HP > Armor in this case. I've been getting 1shotes too until I threw a few skillpoints into HP.

Good point. I have about 200 and some of that is because I got lucky on a couple of enhancements that boosted health.

For Echo Knight you'll need a pretty optimized build and be at least level 25. I'd recommend 150+ health and as much armor as you can get without fat-rolling -- i.e. I have 600 armor and only 12 points in equip load and am still at Normal weight. I think I finally beat him for the first time on a newer character at level 26. Get lucky with enchantments on heavier armor that increase your equip load and decrease its weight. You can also insert feathers to decrease their weight if you need to shave off a little more in order to stay at Normal.

The key to the boss is staggering him. Use a weapon that deals extra elemental damage, and stick a blue gem in there for the extra stagger. Gloves that give +Stamina on damage dealt let you keep attacking and have Stam left over for dodge rolls. If you're using a 2H weapon, stick the Cold Throw rune in there, as it does incredible amounts of stagger from a distance. If using the double daggers then you can basically cheese it with the Dashing Stab rune.

The boss's attack patterns are pretty easy to learn, so if you can get to the boss room every run you should be able to learn the fight quickly.

Thanks community :) Seems like I need to grind 9 levels somehow. Why is there such a big level gap? Like I reached to Echo night at lvl 21. So LvL 22 or even 23 is understandable. But having to Grind for whole 9 levels is just way too much. I think I should pay someone to grind the levels for me and then get my build back. Any suggestion on what's the best way to grind levels?

You get enourmous amounts of XP in the Crucible, it goes fast.

Between bounties, challenges and exploring every inch of the map there is almost always something to do. Unless you have godly gear and skills the game does pretty well at challenging content even though it does get a little too easy later on for my liking. And as the previous poster mention, even if you can't kill the Echo Knight the Crucible has a lot of value in gaining gear and xp.

I tend to use bows a lot. I literally completed the whole dungeon this way:
1. I have a weapon that can channel life-> Focus.
2. A heavily upgraded bow.
3. Get to a place where the mob can't reach.
4. Simply Snipe-> Channel -> Heal -> Repeat. Took me some time but cleared the whole dungeon. :P
Now All that's left is that freaking Echo Knight.

Nice! There are a lot of different ways to tackle combat so I am happy you found a way. I found phase 1 of the Echo Knight rather difficult for pure range. Definitely got better when I went melee and stuck on it's butt. Phase 2 is more manageable from range.
