LET US RESLOT/REORGANIZE RUNES AND SPELLS

While I generally love the game, there are some major design choices that really need to be addressed. Big one being keybinds, and respecs, but along with those major issues is reorganizing/reslotting your runes/spells on gear. I usually keep my staves common as I prefer to have more spells, but because they are locked when slotted, this has made changing staves or changing the spell cast to be an absolute headache for absolutely no reason, causing miscasts with no way to change it. Give us the ability to change the order in which runes are slotted to lead to less frustration and miscasting our abilities. It also again punishes players for experimenting with weapons, because it could mean that the weapon that they really liked the stats on, and discover an even better spell, well they are SOL because they've used up all the slots and can't replace them or they destroy the weapon. This makes farming and experimenting less fun and enjoyable, punishing players for trying new weapons or abilities

i screwed myself by trying weapons out as I was leveling up. Now my stats are spread across everything averaging like 25 or so across most stats. I can't use half the end game weapons because i'm just allocated out of using them. The 26/26 weapons and 43 are just out of my grasp now that i'm level 30. Respec can't come soon enough.
